A focused, no-faff way to turn your most passive-aggressive to-do list item into a fully automated workflow.
You’ve got an automation that needs building.
It’s not massive. But it’s not nothing either. It’s that awkward, manual process you’ve been meaning to fix for months – the one that would save you an embarrassing amount of time if someone would just build the damn thing.
That someone is me, and an Automation Sprint is how we make it happen.
Together we’ll find your most tedious, soul-destroying process and I’ll figure out how to automate it. Whether it’s banishing manual data entry for good, building contracts and invoices that send themselves, or getting your web forms to talk to your CRM – if it’s costing you time, it’s fair game.
You get a bunch of hours back every week. I get that weird little dopamine hit from making the automation robots do something amazing. Everybody wins.

Chris is a fucking genius when it comes to automations, integrations, and the like. I don't like how his mind works – it intimidates me and I think, once Skynet becomes self-aware, they'll probably keep him on as a liaison.Lorrie Forrester
Working with Chris has genuinely been a massive milestone in the life of my business. It’s given me my work-life balance back, and freed up the time I used to spend on business admin for more time with my family, and more creative thinking.Charlie Southall
Good question, and honestly the easiest way to find out is to tell me what you need. As a rough guide: if it involves one or two tools, a clear trigger and outcome, and you've been putting it off because you don't have time rather than because it's genuinely complicated — it's probably a Sprint. If it involves rebuilding how your entire business operates, it's probably not.
Ideally? Not at all. The kickoff call exists precisely so that build day can run without me needing to chase you for passwords, access, or decisions. We sort all of that in advance, so when build day arrives, you can get on with your life and I can get on with building your automation/s.
You could. And perhaps you will. But if you're on this page, there's a decent chance you've already tried – or at least thought about trying – and concluded that your time is better spent elsewhere. That's a reasonable conclusion. It's also why this service exists.
An Automation Sprint is a focused, one-off engagement designed to turn your most cumbersome operational bottleneck into a hands-off, automated workflow.
You get a professionally designed, custom built automation – delivered without drama and for considerably less than another six months of doing it manually will cost you.
Fill out the form, tell me what you need, and I’ll tell you honestly whether a Sprint is the right call. If it is, brilliant. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
Chris has been an absolute star helping me with all things automation for 5 years now. His recommendations have cut my admin time in half, and he's introduced me to tools I didn't know existed (and now can't live without). I can focus on actual work while the admin and organisation takes care of itself.Shivani Shah
