That someone is me, and an Automation Sprint is how we make it happen.
Together we’ll find your most tedious, soul-destroying process and I’ll figure out how to automate it. Whether it’s banishing manual data entry for good, building contracts and invoices that send themselves, or getting your web forms to talk to your CRM – if it’s costing you time, it’s fair game.
You get a bunch of hours back every week. I get that weird little dopamine hit from making the automation robots do something amazing. Everybody wins.

STEP 1:
Fill out the form below and tell me about your project. I'll come back to you quickly with an honest answer as to whether a Sprint is the right fit – and if it is, a contract and payment link to lock in your slot and get the ball rolling.
STEP 2:
I'll send a short prep checklist so nothing gets forgotten – logins, app access, the usual. We'll also have a 30-minute kickoff call to align on scope, review the workflow plan, and make sure build day can run without interruption.
STEP 3:
Build day. This is the part where I hit shuffle on a sweet synthwave playlist, ignore my inbox, and spend a focused day building, testing, and optimising your automation. When it's done, I'll walk you through everything via a screen recording and handover email.
Enough to get it done properly. Not so much that you’ll need to start reusing your Nespresso pods.

Need more time? Additional days are £750 each, up to a maximum of three consecutive days per sprint.
A Sprint works best for contained, well-defined projects – the kind where there's a clear problem, a small number of tools involved, and a realistic chance of being finished in a day or two. Things like auto-generating contracts or invoices, wiring up your CRM to your accounting software, or finally getting that customer onboarding form to behave itself.
Not much. Once you're booked in, I'll send you a short prep checklist covering everything I need – mostly login details and app access. Beyond that, just come to the kickoff call with a rough idea of what you want to achieve and I'll take it from there.
The kickoff call exists precisely so that build day can run without me needing to chase you for passwords, access, or decisions. We sort all of that in advance, so when build day arrives, you can get on with your life and I can get on with building your automation/s.
If your project is going to take longer than a day, we'll figure that out well in advance. Additional build days are available at a discounted rate, up to a maximum of three consecutive days per sprint.
Sprints are paid in full upfront – it keeps things clean, simple, and means we can both focus on the work rather than the admin. I'll send a contract and payment details once we've confirmed your project is a good fit.
