We dove head-first into the world of sales & marketing technology over a decade ago, and we’ve lost count of the number of HubSpot rollouts we’ve been involved in since then. Today, with more than twelve years of 'in-the-trenches' experience under our belt, we've developed our own proprietary process that consistently delivers successful HubSpot implementations for even the most sophisticated organisations.
In this phase, we’ll conduct a thorough review of how your business operates and work to understand how you’ve used sales and marketing technology in the past, both successfully and unsuccessfully. We’ll also review your existing sales, marketing and customer service processes to determine what needs to be migrated into HubSpot, plus advise on any processes that could be updated / improved. Finally, we’ll take a look at any existing customer / deal data, and begin to formulate a plan for how this should be cleaned and updated.
Next we’ll begin work configuring the HubSpot tools and mapping the process agreed in the discovery phase across to HubSpot. This will include creation of your required custom database properties, setup of filters & segmented contact lists and configuration of lead assignment rules to ensure contacts are automatically assigned to the appropriate sales / service team member, and finally migrate your cleaned / consolidated customer data into HubSpot.
Following configuration and migration, we’ll begin customising the various HubSpot tools to suit your business’s requirements. For sales, this includes setup of your deal pipeline/s and stage/s, implementing a quote approval process, configuring currencies and region specific settings, setting required fields for the various stages of the sales process. For marketing, we’ll begin building out workflows and setting up the automation tools, as well as configuring your content and lead capture tools. We’ll also build your analytics, revenue forecasting and productivity reports, along with any additional customised reports you require.
In this final phase we’ll begin migrating your team away from any legacy technology platforms and across to HubSpot, supported by bespoke online training for your your team. In addition, we can create and share short tutorial videos and training materials that can be used to on board new team members in the future. Finally, we’ll introduce you to HubSpot’s Customer Success team, who will be a key point of contact as you begin to use the tools day-to-day.
