  • What type of support should we expect to receive?

    The support requests we receive typically fall into one of three categories:

    • Setup & customisation - Requests to create a particular asset (or group of assets) in HubSpot - forms, landing pages, email templates, workflows, etc.

  • What are the payment terms for these packages?

    Payment will be taken in advance via direct debit, on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.

  • Are there any specific tasks that are excluded?

    Whilst we would love to assist with everything, there are a small number of items that are not covered under our HubSpot support packages. These include complex third-party integrations (like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), data cleansing / migration and custom coding / development.
